Staff was professional and breakfast was exceptional

Staff was really cooperative and dutiful. Specially appreciate to Mr. Syed Obaid, Amir khan Bilal and the madam GRO (forgot name) room service personals and other concerned, all excellent ?. Cleanliness and environment super ?

The room itself was clean and the housekeeping team were attentive. Front desk staff were polite when approached.

First and formost, I liked the staff of the Mariott. Especially Room cleaner Pushpa, who took care of me on a day when I was sick and just in the room. She looked after me and ensured that I got everything I requested. I also liked the fact that all staff member spoke perfect english and always did it with a smile and quick to answer queries.

He was extremely courteous and greeted us with great professionalism. Throughout our time there, he treated us very nicely and ensured that we were comfortable and well taken care of. His attentiveness and warm hospitality truly enhanced our dining experience. We were very impressed with his service and would certainly describe it as five-star service. A very peaceful and wonderful place to stay. The staff was extremely helpful, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Marriott Hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.

The stay at Marriott Hotel Karachi was a great blend of comfort, service, and convenience. The staff was consistently courteous and professional — from the front desk to room service, everyone made sure I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you'd expect from a Marriott. I especially appreciated the prompt housekeeping and the quiet, restful environment. The hotel’s location is also a plus: central and secure, with quick access to key areas of the city. The gym and pool were well-kept, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay, which made working remotely very manageable.
